The first session consists of an exploratory introduction, questioning and hypnotherapy session. Will last about 1 hour.

Subsequent sessions - £70
A course of streatment is usually between 3 and 4 sessions. Each session will last about 40 minutes.

Stop Smoking Program - £ 200
it consists of one session of 1hour. If necessary, a top-up session is included in the cost of the treatment.
